– low-volume production (test batches) as well as medium and high volume production,
– pressure springs (cylindrical or conical screw ones) with end coils resting on top of each other and/or ground, tension springs (closed preloaded coils with hooks), torsion springs (right- or left-coiled) transmitting force at different angles, shape springs,
– possibility to perform heat treatment according to the recommendations for the material from which they are made, including hardening and tempering,
– galvanizing, blackening, powder coating, cataphoresis, chromating, phosphating
– quality control of the charge (metallographic and chemical composition tests) and the finished product (testing of spring characteristics, checking dimensional tolerance, video inspection system).
