We offer deliveries of castings made of cast iron, cast steel, aluminium alloys and brass. We offer a variety of moulding and casting technologies. Thanks to the automatic moulding technology, we provide our customers with high volume deliveries and repeatable high quality castings. Prototype or small -scale production series are made on proven lines with manual moulding. Our offer also includes die castings, precision castings and centrifugal castings.
The offer includes the implementation of production based on the customer’s documentation or patterns and the execution of complete instrumentation as well as the implementation based on the customer’s instrumentation together with the adaptation of forms and models or their regeneration.
On request, castings are sanded, heat-treated, machined, painted with primers and surface paints, or electroplated. It is possible to carry out the whole range of destructive strength and non-destructive tests (in terms of dimensions, hardness, tightness, X-ray tests).
